Prepare your template
Create a template in Google Docs, Google Sheets, or Google Slides and add placeholders that match your sheet columns.
- Use placeholders such as <<InvoiceNo>> or <<StudentName>>.
- Add images from sheet data when needed.

Choose file formats, file names, destination folders, PDF options, and different templates for different cases.

Do I need a different setup for every Google Sheet?

Can I regenerate a document?
Yes. Removing the existing generated link from the sheet lets the row be treated as new again.
